Permanent job:	After training, there is a provision to give permanent job to the applicant till the age of 65 years.
Salary Increase	Increase in salary annually or from time to time.
Promotion	Opportunity for promotion annually or on the basis of performance.
Bonus	Opportunity of annual or half yearly bonus to the employees.
